The Kurdish Red Crescent carries out daily checks for 85 people at Quarantine in Qamishlo
The issue of IDPs from Damascus to Qamishlo / Al Qamishli has sparked widespread controversy in the self-management areas, which decided to quarantine them for fear that one of them might become infected with Corona Virus and spread it in the area.
“Kadr Hussein”, a member of Qamishlo District Council, told Aso News Network that the 85 arrivals from Damascus were placed in quarantine in Qamishlo schools for a period of 14 days to ensure that they are free of the virus, after check them at the airport.
He pointed out that there are 60 people present in Alaya School, including male and female students, and in Rawabi Hall 25 people.
” Kadr ” added the Kurdish Red Crescent to conduct daily checks for them.
The only obstacle facing us is the lack of sterilization materials, and prevention, and despite that, self-management makes every effort to meet all the needs of the detainees, and it also allows the families of the detainees to bring their own supplies.
