Barber Hassan Osso describes his declaration as a humanitarian initiative to help and serve his community.

“We always need to help each other with the suffering we have experienced in this long war,” Osso told Aso news network. “This is my business and my livelihood, and I consider these services that I provide to patients and the elderly free of charge as a humanitarian part.”

From the point of view which he sees logic, “Osso” says that patients and the elderly can not come to the salon, and have great difficulties in movement so we try to alleviate their suffering with the services provided to them.
