Britain receives children of ISIS members from the Democratic Autonomous -Administration
The United Kingdom on Thursday received three children of ISIS members from the Democratic Autonomous -Administration, who hold British citizenship.
The British Special Envoy to Syria, Martin Lingden, and members of the Foreign Office received the children from the Foreign Relations Office of the Democratic Autonomous-Administration in North-East Syria.
The receiving mechanism took place at the Simalka crossing, where they were received by the joint head of the Foreign Relations Department “Abdul Karim Omar” and the deputy chairman of the Women’s Commission “Deriya Ramadan”.
“Deriya Ramadan” said the children were with the Democratic Autonomous-Administration.
She added that the delivery mechanism included a meeting between the two parties talking about the current situation in Rojava \North-East Syria \ East of the Euphrates.
Deriya said that the Turkish aggression impact was being discussed in the region and that the international community should work to bring the people of Sere Kaniye / Ras al-Ain and Tal Abyad back home.
She said that the role of extremist factions in both regions was discussed as well.
