Three elderly people were arrested from Afrin by the Syrian factions supported by the Turkish occupier

Local activists from Afrin said that an armed group kidnapped the elderly “Muhammad Alu Primo” (70 years old) and his wife “Fikret Primo” (60 years old) and “Rashid Hamo” (65 years old), and they are from the village of “Chouderia” in Sherawa sub-district.

The activists added that they were taken to an unknown destination, without knowing the reason for the arrest of the three elderly people, and their fate remains unknown until the moment of preparing this report.

In the context, members of the Military Police kidnapped a number of Kurdish citizens in Brimjeh village in Maabatli district after storming the village, where “Muhammad Bashir”, “Faik Sabri Musa”, Sheikho Khalil Hassan”, “Abdo Khalil Abbas” and “Asaad Khalil Murad” were known from the kidnapped.

The kidnapped were taken to the city center of Afrin and their relatives were informed to pay 310,000 SP for each person, under the pretext that they had dealt with the Autonomous Administration previously.

In parallel, “Riyad Hamo Hasan” (42 years) from “Kemmarsha” village in “Rajo” district was kidnapped by an armed group from his home in “Raju district” and taken to an unknown destination.

According to sources from Afrin, the Turkish intelligence has informed all citizens who were previously arrested, and paid sums of money for their release, demanding that they pay a new fine ranging between 800 to 1000 TL, although most of them paid the fine twice and more.
