The Armenian girl “Rachel Dale Armando” was handed over to the head of the Armenian Catholic community in al Jazira and the Euphrates Archbishop “Internick Harutyon Ivazian”
Rachel was kidnapped by the Islamic State Organization (ISIS) from the city of Raqqa in 2014 when she was 11 years old and “Rachel” was released during the campaign of the baghouz in rural Deir Al-Zour by the Syrian Democratic Forces
