Afrin: The people continue to suffer from thefts and daily assaults

Thefts continue on a daily basis in the city of Afrin, which is under the control of the National Army factions, in addition to the continuation of attacks on citizens, including settlers, with the intent of theft.

And local sources from Afrin reported that settlers, Abdul Rahman Al-Hassan and Osama Hani Dawood, were directly shot by an armed group that tried to block their way with the intention of stealing.

Abdul Rahman Al-Hassan was seriously injured by a gunshot wound to the lower back, in addition to the theft of his money and his motorcycle.

The city of Afrin witnesses daily theft of motorcycles and cars by unidentified groups.

According to the owners of the motorcycles and cars that have been stolen, they are immediately transported to the markets of the city of Idlib and sold there, and the owners of some cars are forced to pay sums of money to take them back again.

A large number of Afrin residents whose cars and motorcycles were stolen at the beginning of the city’s occupation by the National Army factions are still searching for them and have not yet been able to find them.
