The body of a child was found in a basin to drain a turbid oil in an olive press in the countryside of Afrin

On Tuesday, the body of the child “Yusef Manan Ham Rasho” (8 years old) was found in the drainage basin of turbid oil in the “Kakhera” village in Maabatli district.

The depth of the drainage basin is only one meter, and the oil drainage basins in the presses are usually sealed inside a dedicated room, which raises questions about finding the body of “Yusef” in the basin.

According to local sources, “Yusef” is an orphan father, is the only one to his family with four sisters, and suffers from the inability to speak.

Yusef’s mother raised a report to the civil police in Afrin, who called all the workers for investigation.
