The body of a young man found hanged on a walnut tree in the countryside of Afrin

On Thursday, the body of a young man, Mustafa Mohammad Yusef (18 years old), was found hanged on a walnut tree near his father’s house in the village of Mirkan / Gunde Hase in mysterious circumstances.

The young “Mustafa” is the only boy for his family and he with his family were forced to move to live in “Mirkan” village after the Samarkand Brigade expelled them from their village “Haj Qasim” and seized their home by force of arms.

Activists have suggested that the act of hanging the young “Mustafa” to suggest that he committed suicide to obliterate the crime is similar to the crime committed against the elderly “Fatima Kanah” in the village of Hekijeh last April.
