Clashes in the countryside of Deir Ezzor as a result of a clan dispute

Aso News Network reporter in Deir Ezzor countryside said that violent clashes with medium and light weapons took place between the families of Al-Ghadeer and Al-Khabour Al-Junaid in the town of Granij in the eastern countryside of Deir Al-Zour.

The clashes took place following a clan dispute and a large number of people were injured, and they were transferred to hospitals.

As of this writing, Maher Manoukh Al-Khabour and Fayez Al-Tariqi Al-Khabour lost their lives.

As for those injured as a result of the clashes, they are “Musa Al-Ahmad Al-Arnous”, “Muhammad Al-Jasim Al-Muhammad Al-Arnous”, “Hamoud Al-Hamad Al-Jijan” and “Abd Al-Fattah Al-Manadi” and among them are serious injuries.

The clashes continued for long hours, and residents demanded security intervention to stop the fighting.
