A child lost his life and his mother was injured by a shell in Al-Hasakah
A 4-year-old child lost his life and his mother was injured by a random mortar shell coming from the security square in Al-Hasakah.
The shell fell on their house, which is located in al-Nasirah neighborhood in al-Hasakah on Thursday evening.
Aso News Network correspondent said that the child’s family had been displaced from the city of Deir al-Zour to Al-Hasakah, indicating an increase in the number of casualties among the people on Thursday, as a result of the firing of random shells from the security square in the city.
The network’s exclusive sources confirmed that two sisters, 14 and 3 years old, were injured earlier the same day in the Al-Majraj’ neighborhood (Doulab Al-Awais), and described their health condition as stable, while other shells fell in al-Aziziya and al-Nashwa neighborhoods, causing only material damage.
It is noteworthy that the security square in al-Hasakah was witnessing security tension and mutual clashes between Syrian government forces and members of the National Defense, causing many injuries among residents in addition to material losses, since the beginning of the clashes that began last Wednesday evening.
