About 2,000 gas cylinders reach Amuda
This morning, about 2,000 gas cylinders arrived in Amuda, and were distributed to those authorized in the city and its countryside.
Gas cylinders will be distributed to the people at a price of 10 US dollars, which is equivalent to 155 thousand Syrian pounds. According to the concerned authorities, any authorized person will receive a violation and a penalty if the specified price is tampered with.
The process of distributing gas to those registered took place in November of last year, as a result of the small quantities coming into the city, according to the gas commissioner in Amuda, “Ahmed Dawko.”
It is noteworthy that this batch is the third to arrive in Amuda and its countryside after the Turkish bombing of al-Suwaydiya gas station, which is the only gas production station in the region.
