Tabqqa: Complaints about the increase in the price of electricity (amps) and the reduction in the number of hours
Owners of shops and professions that need electricity in the central Tabqqa market are complaining about a significant increase in the price of electricity subscriptions for generators (amps).
The price of one ampere reached 36 thousand Syrian pounds, in exchange for obtaining electricity for only 6 hours per week, without an official decision to do so.
Whereas before that, the price of one ampere was 20 thousand Syrian pounds, in exchange for obtaining electricity for 9 hours.
The reason for the high price is due to the failure to provide generator owners with diesel at the price subsidized by the Fuel Committee of the Civil Administration.
Shop owners, via the Aso News Network, are demanding that generators be supplied with subsidized diesel to ease their financial burdens.
