Ongoing work to repair electricity outages in Qamisho/Al-Qamishli

The Energy Authority in Al-Jazira Canton announced the completion of repairing the power line feeding the canton coming from Tabqa Dam, confirming the restoration of electricity to the city of Al-Hasakah.

In a special statement to ASO News Network, Engineer Akram Al-Sulaiman, head of the Energy Authority in Al-Jazira Canton, explained that repairs to the remaining malfunctions in the power stations inside the city of Qamishlo/Al-Qamishli are ongoing, as technical teams are working continuously to speed up the restoration of electricity.

Al-Sulaiman indicated that electricity will gradually return to the affected areas over the next two days, stressing the continuation of work to provide service to most of the city’s neighborhoods soon.
