People’s Municipality in Qamishlo announces a 72-hour water outage for maintenance work

People’s Municipality in Qamishlo city / Al-Qamishli announced a water outage in the city starting from dawn next Saturday for 72 consecutive hours, due to maintenance work on the public water network.

A special source in the People’s Municipality told ASO News Network that these measures come within the efforts of the Qamishlo Water Department to improve the performance of the network and separate water stations from each other, with the aim of reducing recurring outages, especially during the summer, and ensuring the network’s readiness for any possible future projects.

The municipality called on residents to store sufficient quantities of water and rationalize its use during the maintenance period, until pumping water resumes normally after the work is completed.
