Local activists in the city of Afrin, which is under the control of the Turkish occupation, said that 8 Turkish soldiers who arrived at the Afrin Military Hospital, suffer from breathing problems and a cold, and there are doubts about the injury of 5 of them with “Corona virus” after examining them.

After their inspection in Afrin, they were referred to the Turkish hospitals.

The military hospital administration had issued a decision to quarantine all workers, doctors and nurses, for a period of fourteen days, to ensure that they did not contract the virus, as a result of suspicions that the Turkish soldiers were infected.

The Turkish authorities prevented the military hospital from providing any information about the incident involving Turkish soldiers.

Local sources circulated the news that a special center for the Turkish forces was located near al Vilat Street opposite to Afrin Hospital in quarantine, where it is believed that the soldiers infected with the virus were referred from that center to the military hospital.

There are no preventive measures against Corona virus in Afrin, and no curfew has been imposed to prevent the virus.
