400 $ tax on every student leaving from Afrin to Aleppo

The armed Syrian opposition factions, backed by the Turkish occupier, have imposed a tax on every high school student in Afrin, and he wants to submit secondary school exams in Aleppo.
The tax is 400 $.
Armed factions prevented nearly 20 high school students from traveling to Aleppo city to take their exams.
The elements controlling Al-Ghazawiyyah checkpoint imposed an amount of 400$ to allow them to cross.
