Al-Hamzat: Stealing the livelihoods of the people of Afrin, and shooting those who defend their livelihood

The elements of Al-Hamzat faction stormed Ferriya / Ain Hajar in the district of Jenderes and stole the furniture and cars of the villagers, and the heads of livestock, prompting the villagers to confront the armed elements.

The gunmen opened fire indiscriminately at the villagers, after trying to deter the gunmen, wounding a number of them.

Among the wounded, one of the sons of “Mohamed Hassida” was known to be from the Arab component, and most of the village’s residents are from the Arab component of the city of Afrin.

In the context, local activists in Afrin said that members of “Al-Hamzat faction led by “Moataz Al-Abdullah” stole 11 cattle in the village of Maratha

The activists added that the theft was carried out in order to blackmail them and force them to pay a ransom to retrieve the livestock.

The value of stolen livestock was estimated at more than one and a half million SP.
