The opposition factions arrest three women from Afrin countryside for unknown reasons
Local activists from Afrin said that “Al-Waqqas” faction had arrested three women, who were the wives of the sons of the elderly “Fatima Kanna”, who was strangled by the aforementioned faction.
The detainees are: “Malak Subhi Halabi” (45 years old), the wife of “Hassan Sabry,” “Maqboula Abdo” (56 years old), the wife of “Mohammad Sabri”, and “Zahida Sheikh Khalil Mustafa” (47 years old), the wife of “Fawzi Sabri.”
The faction supported by the Turkish occupation controls the village of Heikje in Sheikh Al-Hadid district in Afrin countryside, and in it the three women were arrested and taken to an unknown location.
We had mentioned in a previous report about an arrest operation that targeted the three sons of the elderly woman, “Fatima Kanna,” so that the faction has arrested their wives as well.
The fate of the detained women, and the fate of their husbands, is still unknown until now, without knowing the reasons for the arrest.
At the same time, members of the Military Police arrested the young man, “Omar Jamil Rasho,” from the village of Ramadano in Jenderes district.
According to a source from the village, the Military Police arrested him because of his refusal to work for one of their members in installing curtains.
The officer reported him to be arrested and his fate remains unknown until now
