An elderly man from Afrin loses his life from a heart attack after his home was subjected to armed robbery

The elderly “Mannan Kru” (80 years old) lost his life with a heart attack after his house was subjected by armed robbery in Jenderes district and all its contents and a sum of money were stolen.

Local activists from Afrin said that a number of armed elements loyal to the Turkish occupier took advantage of the elderly man’s presence alone in the house and his inability to defend himself, so they carried out the robbery.

The elderly “Mannan” was suffering from many diseases and when his house was burgled, he suffered a heart attack, and was treated by neighbors, to lose his life after two days in the hospital.
